Alex Crisses graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a BS in Economics from this institution and as the recipient of the Highest Honor of the School.

Additionally, Alex Crisses is a George F. Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He achieved his Masters in Business Administration with High Distinction from the School.

Alex Crisses seeks to invest in progressive and innovative internet and infrastructure software companies. With this focus, he invested in Shunra Software. Shunra is the industry-recognized authority in Application Performance Engineering (APE) and a pioneer in WAN Emulation.

Moreover, Alex Crisses invested in GFI Software (GFI). This Company creates strong, award-winning IT solutions for small and medium-sized firms. Moreover, Mr. Crisses was a member of the Board of Directors for GFI Software.

Alex Crisses’ preceding career experience included working as an analyst in the investment-banking discipline. He worked at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Global Energy and Power Group prior to joining Insight.

Alex Crisses had a leadership role in Insight’s investment in SolarWinds, Inc. A leading provider of Windows-based network management, network monitoring, and network discovery software, SolarWinds was founded in 1999.
